Terms & Conditions

Payment:
Full payment for any PL Falconry experience is due at the time of booking. Vouchers are valid for 12x months. Experiences must be taken within this period and we will not accept any extensions.

VAT:
We are not VAT registered, therefore you will not be charged VAT and the price you see is the price you pay.

Gift vouchers:
All participants must produce their voucher on arrival. Failure to do so may prevent the participant taking part. Experiences must be booked two weeks before the expiry date on any PL Falconry voucher.

Exchanges:
Vouchers may only be exchanged for alternative experiences of a higher value which may be subject to additional fees.

Postponement:
PL Falconry reserves the right to postpone any experience day in the event of bad weather or any other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of any postponement, PL Falconry will contact the participants by 8 am on the morning of the event and arrange an alternative date. Participants traveling long distances should contact us on the evening prior to the event regarding any weather concerns.

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made in writing no less than 21 days before the experience. If the full notice is given PL Falconry will arrange an alterative date. If cancellation is of short notice due to ill health or transportation problems the experience can be re-booked subject to a re-booking fee.

Children:
Children below the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Safety:
Participants must follow all safety rules given by PL Falconry at all times throughout the experience.

Performance:
You are participating in an experience that involves trained birds of prey. While all of our birds are flown daily we can not guarantee their performance. No refunds will be made in the event of poor performance.

Alcohol:
No alcohol is to be consumed on any PL Falconry experience. PL Falconry has the right to cancel any experience if a participant is found to have consumed alcohol.

Refunds:
PL Falconry will not give refunds on any vouchers purchased from us for any reason including cancellations due to bad weather or any other reasons beyond our control.
